Toto's Tacoz's in Wamego, KS

When I get the chance to stop and eat in Wamego, KS you will most likely find me at Toto's Tacozs! If you know me, it is pretty obvious that Mexican food is one of my favorites. I love the various regional influences in their dishes. Toto's Tacoz in Wamego, KS offers a Cal-Mex flair to their food. The restaurant opened in 2005 and its slogan is, "Peace. Love. Tacos!' I mean who can't get behind that?!?!

In case you didn't guess, the theme of the restaurant is the Wizard of Oz. Upon entering you see a fun, colorful, and inviting space. Glinda, the good witch greets you as you walk in. As you get closer to the counter, the main character is there as you get ready to order. After all, what is the Wizard of Oz without Dorothy? Place your order then sit down and relax at one of the patio tables.

Toto's Tacoz in Wamego, KS is a great spot for a working lunch!

At Toto's Tacoz, their salsas, Pico de Gallo, and Guacamole are made fresh every day! Their menu is HUGE and most items can be customized with your protein of choice. My favorite dishes are their Shrimp Tacos and Uncle Henry's nachos!

The Chipotle Sour Cream on the nachos is AH-mazing! Everything is bright and so incredibly fresh, you really taste the California influences in their recipes. While you are there you can also purchase their salsas to get your fix anytime you need it!

The Shrimp Tacos are AH-Mazing!!

I always feel like I am in someone's backyard when I am here. Even though the space is incredibly vibrant with colors, I almost instantly relax. While I wait for my food, I take time to enjoy the small-town charm that Wamego has to offer. Locals, that come in to visit with each other, greeting me with a smile, and asking "how are you?" It is irreplaceable and I love it, it always takes me back to my hometown.

ALWAYS a good reminder at Toto's Tacoz. "You had the power all along, my dear"

-Glinda the Good Witch
