Robby's Famous Cheesecakes

At Robby's Famous Cheesecakes you can purchase cheesecake by the slice, half a cheesecake, or a full cheesecake.

I have been hearing about Robby's Famous Cheesecakes for quite a while now so when I heard they were opening up a location in Junction City, Kansas I was excited! According to the website, Robby's originally started in 2006 in his kitchen making cheesecakes for family and friends. After ten years he decided it was time to take the next step and open up a storefront.

Robby's Cheesecakes has its original location in Salina, Ks where they also have a restaurant next door as well. For quite a while they have been allowing people to order ahead and then delivering to Junction City, KS and various other areas. Now they have a storefront in Junction City and you could tell on opening day that people were ready for it!

Robby's Famous Cheesecakes is located across the street from Stacy's Restaurant in Junction City. They do not have a sign up, but they are in the building with the green roof next to the gas station. We got there at almost 1 pm today and while the line moved quickly it was never shorter than a hand full of people and several times it was out the front door!

My husband told me he thought we only needed to get a half of a cheesecake to try, but I quickly corrected him that I could not be limited to only selecting three slices from the variety to choose from at Robby's.

My husband told me he thought we only needed to get a half of a cheesecake to try, but I quickly corrected him that I could not be limited to only selecting three slices from the variety to choose from at Robby's. He quickly agreed and we each chose our six slices to create our variety cheesecake (12 slices) and were out the door!

I had recently noticed that on their website they mentioned opening up another location in Hays, KS. While we were checking out we visited with the owner, Robby, and inquired about his new Hays location. Being from there I was curious. He said there is a shop opening on Vine Street in Hays, Ks and they will be serving his cheesecake by the slice out of it. One thing is for sure, I will be taking my family there as soon as that is open because ALL my family and friends need to try Robby's Famous Cheesecakes ASAP!!

So far we have tried the Red Velvet and the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake, both were phenomenal. Robby's Famous Cheesecake is rich, beyond flavorful, but still so light! My mouth is watering as I type this.

So far we have tried the Red Velvet and the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake, both were phenomenal. We also have Strawberry Lemonade, Oreo, Lemon, Peach Bourbon, Birthday Cake, Chris H., Banana Sundae, and of course the O.G. the original cheesecake. Robby's cheesecake is rich, beyond flavorful, but still so light! My mouth is watering as I type this....

After we each ate a piece, my husband made me separate the remaining slices to make sure that we knew which pieces were which persons, lol. Obviously we take cheesecake serious in this house!!

I can't wait to share Robby's Cheesecake with as many of our family and friends as possible! Let me know your favorite flavor. They will rotate specialty flavors every two weeks so you will always find something new!

Cheers to cheesecake!
