"Anotações" which means "Notes" in Portuguese, is the vibrant 30-foot mural that overlooks the AJ's New York Pizzeria patio.
On the East facing wall of the Brown's Shoe fit store, overlooking AJ's Pizzeria patio is this massive amazing mural! "Anotações" which means "Notes" in Portuguese, was completed in 2019. This vibrant mural is 30 feet tall and depicts a person in studying with all types of nature coming out of the book they are holding against their head.
This mural was the kick-off event for Incite MHK. It was made possible through the Greater Manhattan Community Foundation’s Deihl Community Grants Program. The duo that painted this mural hail from Brazil, and is known as Bicicleta Sem Freio. To see more of this amazing duo's work, check out their website here!
