You know this Spicy Beef Dip is going to be good when it combines Beef, Cream cheese, Parmesan, and Ketchup just to name a few ingredients!
Jump to RecipeIf you were raised in my family then you knew that when we were getting together there was going to be a Crockpot filled with Spicy Beef Dip! Seriously, my grandma must have bought the grocery store in her small town out of Cream Cheese every time we were all getting together!
This Spicy Cheese Dip recipe was given to my grandma by a friend of hers named, Ione. I have always had this recipe but while at home for Christmas I photographed every recipe in my mom and grandma’s recipe box and decided to share the original with you!
You know this Spicy Beef Dip is going to be good when it combines Beef, Cream cheese, Parmesan, and Ketchup for some of its base ingredients! I mean, really, what isn’t there to like in this recipe??

We have been known to add jalapeno’s or Rotel to the mix after it is made to spice it up a little! This Spicy Cheese Dip is a very forgiving dip with many possible variations to make it your own.
Although this is called “spicy” cheese dip, there really is no “heat!” We have been known to add jalapeno’s or Rotel to the mix after it is made to spice it up a little, but this time I made the original because when I am craving cheese dip, this is what I am craving. We have also been known to use dried onions versus fresh while browning the ground beef as another time saver when making this!
Trust me when I say, this dip will be gone almost as fast as you can make it! Don’t forget to play around with it, it is a very forgiving dip with many possible variations to make it your own from this base recipe. Although we normally serve this with Tostito’s, with the base being cream cheese you can also have crackers or celery and carrots for a Keto-friendly option.
